Admin Assistant (1 Year Contract)

Our client is now hiring suitably qualified candidates as part of their growth strategy and expansion plans.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the day-to-day administrative requirements e.g. delivery notes, invoicing
- Manage various publications’ databases and delivery lists
- Prepare campaign materials, sampling schedules and work-lists
- Coordinate with Customer Service in handling of complaints and replacements
- Handle direct subscribers – securing new subscriptions, renewals and retention of subscribers
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Secondary qualification
- Able to communicate and liaise with Chinese speaking clients
- Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:30am – 6:00pm
- Location: Macpherson
