The Digital Marketing Specialist will oversee our digital marketing & lead generation efforts. The incumbent will develop and execute campaigns to increase website traffic and leads through in-depth analytics and external partnerships. If you are analytical, innovative, creative, and has solid experience in digital marketing, web analytics, and web media technologies, then you are the ONE we are seeking to assist our growing team!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, implement and maintain all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and advertising campaigns
• Achieve lead conversion and increased sales by implementing effective web marketing campaigns
• Constantly analyze results and identify opportunities to improve performance and increase ROI
• Coordinate with vendors to monitor and measure organic and paid web search results
• Design and manage daily internet activities related to social media platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google+, at a minimum), that includes creating and publishing content, responding to comments, and addressing service issues
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership for adoption where appropriate
• Design and update brochures, website images and other advertising materials

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Digital Media, Mass Comm, Marketing, Advertising or equivalent
• Must have relevant experience in digital marketing, web analytics, and web media technologies, including in-depth reporting experience (i.e. Google Analytics, Google Adwords)
• Proficient in using design software (i.e. Photoshop)
• Ability to communicate in a professional manner with third party vendors and team members
• Self-motivated, good organizational skills, detail-oriented, ability to prioritize, and multi-task in a target-driven environment
• Willing to work for 3-Month Renewable Contract
