Since our Client embarked on their transformation journey, they have grown from a construction company with single focus in civil engineering into an integrated construction player with businesses in civil engineering, precast and energy infrastructure.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be accountable for overall performance of the project
• Be accountable for deployment of resources such as manpower, machinery, equipment and material
• Ensure project is executed as planned within the specific time and budget and meet all clients’ and quality
• Ensure project disputes/clarifications are settled during the execution of project
• Verify work done/report of subcontractors including communicating relevant quality, environmental and OHS procedures, and requirements to suppliers and subcontractors
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and government authorities on project-related issues, when necessary
• Mentor the project site staff
• Be accountable for workplace safety and health of employees at project site.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Will be stationed in Johor Bahru, Malaysia

PERIODIC DUTIES:

• Attends site meetings when necessary
• Attends project execution meetings
• Attend Safety and Health coordination meeting

REQUIREMENTS:

• Recognised degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
• 3-5 years relevant civil experience
• Preferably with experience and knowledge in Precast
• Applicants with more years of experience will be considered for Senior Engineers position
• Proficiency in computerised drafting/design software and AutoCAD
