Our client is the first Merchant Cash Advance provider in Asia-Pacific, providing new sources of commercial financing for businesses of all sizes in Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan.

 

Responsibilities:

  • To sign on new clients and accounts, and expand relationship with existing clients. Achieve sales and business volume targets.

 

Job Description:

  • To identify business opportunity and develop sales strategies to achieve team targets. Targets will include applications submitted, deals funded, dollars/amount funded.
  • Employ proactive, direct sales strategies to identify and target prospects including but not limited to: door-to-door canvassing, responding to direct mail leads, telemarketing, e-marketing, distribution of brochures, developing relationships with brokers or referral agents, etc.
  • Professionally and effectively execute all aspects of the sale cycle from prospecting to application submission to deal closure an funding.
  • Maintain close contacts with clients to establish relationships and understand their business needs and requirements in order to provide relevant financing solutions and close deals.
  • Work with GM and Sales Director to identify market opportunities and develop broader sales and targeting plans.
  • Provide constructive feedback to senior management team on client feedback, product development, promotional impact, marketing effectiveness, sales materials, etc.
  • Provide after-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O’ Levels 5 credits
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience, preferably with relevant (sales, account management) experience in similar industry, and minimum 2 years leading teams.
  • Candidates with direct sales background in the following sectors preferred: Small & Medium-sized Enterprises, Retail, Manufacturing, Banking, Lending, Leasing, Micro-finance, Credit Cards, Merchant Acquiring or Financial Services.
  • High commercial acumen and a record of confidence dealing with middle managers through to decision makers.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of or ability to learn about clients’ businesses and industries.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills – both written and spoken including presentations.
  • Strong sales instincts with strategic consultative skill and committed towards sales target achievement.
  • Detail minded with good analytical, business problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive self-starter; able to work efficiently and independently and as part of a team.
  • Local travel is essential for this position.
  • Good PC skills
  • Immediate availability would be an added advantage.
  • Candidate should expect to be involved hands-on in the day-to-day, end-to-end running of sales activities; and will be measured on effective sales activity and results including applications submitted, deals funded, dollars funded.
  • They offer a 5-day work week, and an attractive remuneration package including transportation allowance and uncapped commission.
