Job description:

• DIVISION: Precast
• DEPARTMENT: Production Management
• JOB TITLE: PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
• DIRECT REPORT TO: Production Engineer
• MATRIX REPORT TO: None
• DIRECT SUBORDINATES: Leadman
• JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering from established Malaysia Colleges, local Polytechnics or NCCS from CITI, Singapore
  • Certified in Building Construction Safety Course
  • At least 5 years of relevant civil experience
  • Must be able to understand and interpret technical drawings/specifications

 

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Accountable for monitoring of daily production outputs and meeting of production and delivery requirements
  • Provides feedbacks to Project Manager/Production Engineer on damages to mould, machine or equipment and components/finish product
  • Accountable for worksite safety and health and maintains good house-keeping
  • Leads and delegates work to a team of general workers
  • Performs other duties as assigned

 

• PERIODIC DUTIES:
  • Must be willing to be stationed in Johor Bahru, Malaysia
  • Attends INTERNAL meetings to report on production related matters
  • Attends weekly safety meetings
