You will be responsible for the administration of the R&H Singapore office, providing administrative support to the Managing Director and for assistance with accounts processing for a small number of clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Simple Accounting and Booking keeping
  • Processing of bookkeeping entries for client accounts into the accounting system in a timely manner
  • Liaising with Indonesian based clients
  • Reconciliation of banks accounts in financial system
  • Filing, other data entry and report generation

Personal Assistant to the Managing Director

  • Diary management
  • Travel management
  • Report generation and data entry
  • Event co-ordination in Singapore
  • Manage Standard Operating Procedure Documentation
  • Professionally answer telephone calls, take messages and check emails and hospitality arrangements for visitors

Office administration including, but not limited to:

  • Stationary management
  • Office upkeep
  • Sort and manage incoming correspondence
  • Diary management for Singapore based team
  • Liaise with company secretary to ensure compliance
  • Follow up vendors and clients for accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Filing, other data entry and report generation.

You must also be willing to carry out special or ad hoc projects and all other general accounting duties

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a professional firm
  • Bilingual in English and Bahasa Indonesia to liaise with Indonesian based clients
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
  • Degree in Accounting, Business, or related subject and have at least basic accounting knowledge.
  • Exceptional skill in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
