JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Knowledge and experience in contractual matters

 

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Direct the quality control / quality assurance and technical service functions of the entire precast production
• Responsible for assuring the quality of precast production from the factory
• Ensure products quality and meet clients requirement
• Conduct assessment, inspection and test witness on supplier materials
• Determines acceptability of rework by conducting inspections and physical tests of reworked product
• Maintains product quality documentation system by writing or rewriting quality assurance procedures
• Implement & review the corrective & preventive action
• Ensure timely testing of materials are being carried out and readiness of report when request from client
• Ensure calibration of testing equipment are carried out in accordance to calibration schedule
• Ensure concrete quality & maintain testing record
• Maintain & update of IMS/QMS Manual
• Attend feedback from client on quality issue & prepare for preventive action
• Preparation method of statement
• Follow-up with the sub-contractor on proper work methods and quality or works
• Ensure updated shop drawing issue to production team
• Perform other duties as assigned
