- JOB TITLE: ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYOR (TENDERS)
- DIRECT REPORT TO: Tender Manager
- MATRIX REPORT TO: None
- DIRECT SUBORDINATES: None
- JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Diploma in Civil/Quantity Surveying or its equivalent
- Min. 1 – 2 years relevant working experience in infrastructure projects
- Knowledge in local market costing
- Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with high level of professionalism and integrity
- Proficient in MS Excels and other measurement softwares
- CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepares and compiles documents for tender submission
- Responsible for measurement of quantities
- Timely preparation of Bill of Quantities
- Manages documents
- Performs other duties as assigned
- PERIODIC DUTIES:
- Attends tender briefing and site show-round when required
