RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in business development
  • Cold Calling
  • Account Management/Servicing
• Scouting for candidate’s bio data’s & profiling
• Assist in allocation of clients’ position’s (job description)
• Assist in communication & co-ordination of interview appointments
• Assist in pre call screening, pre face to face interview, recommendation & selection process

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must possess at least a graduate diploma
• Those without qualification but have “fire” to excel in sales are also welcome to apply.
• Committed & “hungry for sales” attitude.
• Initiative & independent
• Good communicative skills
• Able to interact with people of all levels
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to start work at short notice or immediate
• Have to undergo for a 4-day CEI (Basic) training certification sponsored* by the company.
