Responsibilities:

• Perform relief/acting duties in branch, assisting to manage the operations of the branch such as loan processing, credit approval, promotion of loan products to clients, branch administration, etc.
• Provide a clear explanation of the various types of loan and credit option alongside its contractual terms to the client.
• Strong communication skills to ensure the borrowers are only borrowing what they need and what they can repay.
• Review loan agreements to ensure that completeness and accuracy is in accordance with the company’s policy and Money Lending Act.
• Explain to the client on the payment hierarchy, interest rates and payment details.
• Must also be sensitive to customers’ needs and deliver excellent service.
• Achieve or exceed decided sales targets set by the management.
• Any other ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years’ experience at supervisory level in personal lending / finance industry
• Experienced in promoting personal loan product
• Result-oriented, energetic, mature with good communication skills

• Minimum “N” Levels or higher.
• Strong presentation, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Ideally with relevant experience in sales, preferably with private or retail clients.
• Proven track record of over achievement of sales expectations.

Additional Information

• 5-day work week (inclusive of weekends).
• 5 days work week from 10.30am to 7.30pm, off on Public Holiday

• Company located next to Chinatown MRT.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: SGD $2500 – 3500 basic salary per month + Commission
