RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The said engineer should be able to perform troubleshooting on both IT hardware and network system and also installing of software and print drivers
• The said engineer will require to give on-site support
• The said engineer should be comfortable with talking to users
• The said engineer will have to conduct training

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least a Nitec/Diploma in IT with at least 1 – 2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge on large format printer, design jet or plotter is a must
• Good interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast pace environment
• Training will be provided
