This is a great opportunity for an experienced Household Manager with native English language, who would like to become a manager of a great household organization based in the heart of Singapore and other luxury assets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the entire Project Management side of the estate – development, building, monitoring, budgeting, negotiating, repairs, maintenance etc
  • Negotiating of the deals with third party suppliers, banks, clients
  • Arranging research of additional uniformed, professional household staff members, conducting interviews, organizing new hires
  • Develop formal check lists and other management techniques to run property as a luxury hotel
  • Supporting the CEO with various organizational matters – estate based events, meetings & dinners etc
  • Supervise the property’s general cleaning schedule
  • Ensures property policies are administered fairly and consistently, disciplinary procedures and documentation are completed according to Standard and Local Operating Procedures (SOPs and LSOPs)
  • Travel and transportation arrangement
  • Office and household inventory management

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Need an individual who has worked in a modern, high tech household & must be technology and media savvy
  • This is a high profile role and only those with experience in top end service and management will be considered
  • Prior experience working for CEO’s or wealthy families in a comparatively informal manner
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, Malay etc. – to liaise with vendors and internal and external parties
  • Sound household/estate management experience with proven track record of getting involved in recruitment, staff management, building/repair work, budgeting etc.
  • Flexible approach and willingness to put more than required to achieve great results Pro-active & motivated candidate with professional manner at all times
  • Professional education or certification in Hotel Management
  • Experience in procurement activities with a good understanding of local market Good leadership and decision making skills
  • Self-confidence and a well-groomed appearance Incredible attention to detail
  • Creative – loves to manage events
  • Open to personal and household support
  • Able to take up challenges, work independently and under pressure
