RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Supervise and assign duties for a group of drivers/despatch riders in daily operations
  • Liaise and coordinate with various departments on their transport/despatch requirements
  • Maintain records of assignments, vehicle repairs, etc.
  • Provide general administrative duties

REQUIREMENTS:

  • GCE ‘O’ Levels with a pass in English
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Reasonably good knowledge of local roads (knowledge of Malaysian roads would be an advantage)
  • Able to work shifts, including night shifts and weekends/public holidays
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Class 3 driving license and knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance would be an advantage
