RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Events management
  • Arrange logistics needed for events, include packing goodie bags and taking stock
  • General administrative duties and data entry, collate RSVPs and manage prizes fulfillment

REQUIREMENTS:

  • MS Office, internet savvy, and preferably with knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Self-motivated and able to multi-task
  • Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am to 6.30pm
  • Willing to work overtime and weekends when there are events
