RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in internal day to day IT operations and administration
• Provide customer Support via phone, email or other modes of communication

REQUIREMENTS:

• ITE / Diploma / Degree in IT, Software & Web Development
• Entry level to 3 years’ relevant experience
• Knowledge in Internet, HTML, CSS, JS (Advantaged with .NET, SQL, IIS), DotNetNuke, WordPress Deployment or Development Knowledge
• Versatility and adaptability to software technology, development and maintenance
• Good conversational skills
• Good documentation skills
