Our Client is a certified public accounting firm providing a full range of services. They also assist with insolvency and liquidation, conducting special investigations, undertaking due diligence review and reviewing internal controls.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to present audit findings and recommendations to senior management
• Perform audit fieldwork, statutory audits and reviews of financial statements for local and foreign-based companies
• Preparation of audited financial statements, directors’ statement and report of directors in accordance with the Singapore Financial Reporting Standards
• Review and preparation of consolidated financial statements of group companies

REQUIREMENTS:

• Recognised degree or professional accounting qualifications or equivalent
• At least 5 years of external auditing experience in a medium sized public accounting firm.
• Must be knowledgeable in Singapore Income Tax Act
• Strong technical (accounting/auditing standards) and interpersonal skills and able to train and guide junior audit staff
• Required skill(s): drawing up full sets of financial records, carry out with due diligence all audit and accountancy assignments given, familiar with the Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS)
