Our Client is an industry leader in structural renovation and offers a wide range of specialized services including diagnostics, proposal, design and implementation of efficient solutions to structural deficiencies.

They are now looking for dynamic professionals to join their team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate and supervise the daily activities at project site.
• Ensure safety procedures is implemented and adhered to at all times on site.
• Execute work according to schedule, material requisition, project supervision, and documentation along with attending site coordination meeting
• Control and maintain operation of the project to ensure the safe and smooth progress of work.
• Organise and plan site resources of man power, materials to ensure effective and productive use of resources to meet the required schedule and quality.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Holds a valid Building Construction Supervisor Safety Course (BCSSC) certification.
• Possess a Class 3 driving license.
• Minimum 3 years’ related experience in the construction industry.
