Our Client is a globally-renowned firm specializing in Engineering, Procurement and Construction. Through the years, they have built a reputation in providing high-quality services to the energy, environmental protection, general industrial and power plant, petrochemical, refinery and transportation sectors.

As they are continuously expanding their business, they are now seeking dynamic individuals to join their team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee all the day-to-day office administrative functions at the Site Office
  • Maintain proper document filing
  • Related ad-hoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum GCE ‘N’ level/ ‘O’ level
  • At least 1 year experience in Admin Duties
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS office applications
  • Amenable to work in construction site office in Bedok
  • Able to start work immediately / within short notice
