RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Specialize in the design, development and implementation of application and technical architectures of Internet-based applications
• Lead in problem solving and troubleshooting to identify root causes and providing solutions to prevent future failures
• Manage and provide consultation in technologies such as Elasticsearch, big data, NoSQL, DevOps
• Design, deploy and manage services on Amazon Web Services technology such as EC2 Instances, ELB, Elastic Bean Stalk, OpsWorks, RDS and others

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in IT or its equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
• Experience with administration of application and web servers on Linux platforms
• Familiarity with content delivery networks (CDN), Amazon web services (AWS), application monitoring tools  and web application acceleration solutions
• Knowledge in Continuous Integration and Deployment processes including DevOps skills and tools such as Chef and Jenkins would be an advantage
• Excellent troubleshooting skills for application and database errors or performance issues
• Scripting and programming skills in any modern programming languages (Shell Script, Perl, PHP, Ruby, or JavaScript)
• Possess strong engineering, technical and project management skills
• Independent, self-driven, and work with minimum guidance
• Results-oriented and able to deliver in a fast-paced environment
