Our Client has successfully developed a Non-Powered Auto Tube Cleaning System for heat exchangers and condenser with R& D ingenuity and sound engineering design that covers every potential reduction in kilowatt consumption centered on defined Energy Milestone chart. This system has worldwide patent rights and our Client is appointed as the manufacturer and distributor.

As they intend to expand their business worldwide, they now offer an exciting opportunity to dynamic individuals to be part of their team as Operations Executive.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the daily cleaning operations in the site
• Liaise with clients and ensure quality service delivery
• Manage manpower planning and deployment schedule
• Supervise a team of cleaners in the completion of the task

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or degree in Facilities Management or its equivalent preferred; candidates without qualifications can be considered
• Minimum 2 years’ work experience with 1 year in a supervisory role
• Good leadership, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable, responsible and self-motivated
