Our client offers facilities management services for corporate, education facilities and commercial properties in Singapore and overseas.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Appropriately attired using dress code (Supplied by the company)

  • Assist in to set-up meeting rooms
  • Assist in tables and chairs arrangement/rearrangement (inside and outside)
  • Assist on periodic high cleaning of cobweb, air-conditioning grilles & carpet shampooing (to be carried out after office hour – when scheduled by site lead.
  • Support the cleaning and maintenance team when it is required (light fixtures, plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical and any other Building Equipment)
  • Execute any other jobs as may be instructed by the Site Lead

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum Secondary Education or ITE Certificate
  • 2 years working experience
  • Able to speak and understand simple English.
  • Able to work independently and interact well with people of all levels.
  • Those who have worked in hospitality before will have an added advantage
  • You must be pleasant and possess a friendly personality
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
