Facilities / Technical Executive
Our client offers facilities management services for corporate, education facilities and commercial properties in Singapore and overseas.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be responsible to oversee the sites on day to day operations
- Maintain records and reports necessary to comply with Company, government and accrediting agency standards, regulations, and codes.
- Coach and supervise site staff to maintain their respective scope.
- To manage Scheduled Preventive and Reactive Maintenance on the systems installed in the site facility.
- To coordinate with the vendors and Sodexo HQ for repairs, maintenance and other duties as assigned.
- Coordinate with landlord for Annual Shutdown, fire drills and other activities.
- To play a key support role in the delivery of client projects, including client liaison, contact with internal resource departments, external suppliers and administrative work.
- Escort vendors for repairs, maintenance and other duties.
- Manage access card request and activation
- Manage and update asset list.
- Handle Help Desk request
- Contribute to achieving strong customer relationships by focusing on responsiveness and communications as well as on meeting and/or exceeding customer’s expectation.
- Place service requests to the building management and office equipment suppliers so that repairs, servicing and maintenance work are attended promptly
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports and to attend the meetings.
- To perform daily visual inspection to ensure all the equipment and facility are in good condition.
- To manage and coordinate site activities (contractors) for on-going projects and oversee daily activities of site staff.
- Planned preventative maintenance schedules are completed on time and in a professional manner, recorded and reported to the client each month.
- Reactive maintenance is completed as per SLA’s and has been duly authorized by the relevant Client Representative. Service reports are filled in by the service representative, signed for accuracy by the onsite client staff and issued as supporting documentation when invoiced.
- Ensure all statutory and government rules and regulations are being adhered to within the scope of work being undertaken.
- To understand contractual obligations and meet customer expectations under the agreement.
- Provide weekly updates to Facility Operations Manager / Site Supervisor and discuss works completed or in-progress
- Timely update helpdesk reports or FM log.
- Ensure compliance to Safety, Health & Environment Procedures and Reporting.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or equivalent, plus two (2) years of technical training; supplemented with three (3) years of progressively responsible, work related experience.
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems including knowledge of BAS and General Building Works will be an added advantage
- Supervisory skills with Strong Organizational/planning skills
- Good Verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer and software skills
- Ability to comprehend Client Ad-hoc requirements or works
