Our client, an Enterprise 50 winner has been an established trading with numerous offices worldwide. They pride themselves in being experts in technology and having a keen understanding of business issues what those technologies could potentially address providing wholesale of industrial, construction and related machinery & equipment.

We are currently looking for highly motivated and dynamic individuals to join them as a Customer Service Assistant/Specialist.

DESCRIPTION:

  • Process sales quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders and invoices
  • Handle phone/email enquiries from customers
  • Liaising with customers and other internal departments to complete the sales process
  • Perform  stock-planning for customers
  • Data entry of customers’ orders
  • Administrative work, eg filing, updating of customers’ orders
  • Overall support Customer Service Department
  • Other Administration matters as directed by the department head.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma holder or equivalent
  • At least 2-3 years of CS-sales support and/or purchasing experience
  • Experience working in an electronics manufacturing preferred.
  • Must possess Order Processing experience
  • Ability in handling customer complaints and good communication skill
  • Those without diploma but with several years of customer service experience will be considered
