Customer Service Assistant/Specialist
Our client, an Enterprise 50 winner has been an established trading with numerous offices worldwide. They pride themselves in being experts in technology and having a keen understanding of business issues what those technologies could potentially address providing wholesale of industrial, construction and related machinery & equipment.
We are currently looking for highly motivated and dynamic individuals to join them as a Customer Service Assistant/Specialist.
DESCRIPTION:
- Process sales quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders and invoices
- Handle phone/email enquiries from customers
- Liaising with customers and other internal departments to complete the sales process
- Perform stock-planning for customers
- Data entry of customers’ orders
- Administrative work, eg filing, updating of customers’ orders
- Overall support Customer Service Department
- Other Administration matters as directed by the department head.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma holder or equivalent
- At least 2-3 years of CS-sales support and/or purchasing experience
- Experience working in an electronics manufacturing preferred.
- Must possess Order Processing experience
- Ability in handling customer complaints and good communication skill
- Those without diploma but with several years of customer service experience will be considered
