Our client is a public listed company which has been long established in the construction industry. They are urgently looking to hire a Senior/Design Coordinator to join their growing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate all architectural drawings and works
• Submit and update status of shop drawings and materials
• Supervise work progress.
• Liaise closely with consultants and sub-contractors.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess a Degree or Diploma in Architecture
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience coordinating architectural works for building projects, preferably from a main construction firm.
• Able to read and understand construction drawings.
• Meticulous, highly motivated and independent
• Excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills.
