We are currently looking for highly motivated and dynamic individuals to be a Junior Purchaser.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate Purchase orders to vendors both local and internationally
• Ensure on time order confirmation and monitor shipment from suppliers
• Liaising with suppliers on price negotiations, pull-in of deliveries and stock-planning
• Liaise with vendors on RMA
• Ensure on time shipments & consolidation of shipment to minimise shipment cost.
• Coordinate payment internally for TT or COD cases.
• Setup and generate new part number in the system

REQUIREMENTS:

• Technical Diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of Purchasing and Planning /or Procurement experience in a manufacturing environment
