RESPONSIBILITIES:

Achieve Personal & Group Targeted KPIs in:

1. Total Sales
2. Success Rate %
3. Customer $ per total sales
4. Customer $ per new sales
5. Daily duties include the upkeep of the outlet’s cleanliness, answering phone calls and equipment maintenance
6. Regular scalp check for customers
7. Provide full treatments to customers
8. Other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager ie.: conduct surveys, distribute flyers, promote roadshow vouchers, etc.

Compensation Package

• Basic Salary: $1200 to $1400
• Attendance Incentive: $110
• Training Allowance: $500 (1^st 3 Months Only)
• 5.5 Working Days (NO Off Day on Weekends)

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 11.00am to 8.00pm / 12.00noon to 9.00pm
• Saturday: 10.30am to 7.30pm
• Sunday: 11.00am to 7.00pm
