Our client is a MNC and a leader in TFT-LCD manufacturer. Spreading their operations across the globe, they are looking for an Assistant Manager (Talent Recruiting) to join their expansion.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and supervise training and site service team to ensure smooth operations of respective function
• Formulate the company’s Learning and Development strategic plan to meet organization goals and needs
• Manage and plan learning and development budget and performance indicators
• Conduct training needs analysis and drive training initiatives to build capabilities
• Formulate and review the developing and implementation of training and site service policies and procedures
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
• Continuous improvement to meet the needs of changing environment

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management or its equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of training experience of which at least 2 years in a supervisory role preferably from the manufacturing industries
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast moving working environment
• Strong team player, focus, meticulous, good planning and organizational skills and able to work independently
• Previous experience in manufacturing environment
• Chinese speaking as the candidate will be required to liaise with our HQ in Taiwan. Certain documents from HQ are also in Chinese.

Attractive remuneration packages will be commensurate with experience.
