Our Client is a public listed company which has been long established in the construction industry. They are urgently seeking a highly-skilled individual to join their growing team as a Senior Quantity Surveyor.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist Project Manager in the pre-contract or post-contract
• Procurement administration of fast-track projects
• Project budgeting, controlling of cash flow and cost
• Processing of claims, contract payments and settlement of final accounts
• Maintaining proper documentation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building or its equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in the construction industry
• Highly motivated, meticulous, independent, results-oriented, a good team player and be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
